Our sixth Proper Talk took place on 1 May 2025, in front of a capacity audience of over 100 delegates, packed into the magnificent Lecture Hall at RICS HQ in London.
This was our second time at RICS, kindly hosted once again in collaboration with the RICS London Regional Board, who generously donated the venue in recognition of the vital role that professional block management plays for their members, stakeholders — and above all, leaseholders.

Following a hearty breakfast served in the RICS Council Chamber, delegates took their seats for two hours of lively, thought-provoking CPD on two hot topics dominating the property sector: PropTech and Artificial Intelligence.

The audience didn’t hold back — with challenging questions, plenty of show-of-hands polling, and lively discussion on the future of our industry, from daily tech frustrations to long-term transformation.
We rounded off the session with a myth-busters round, putting our panellists on the spot with a series of bold statements about AI and PropTech. One-word answers were requested — but not always delivered!
