Proper Talk London October 24

Our fourth Proper Talk held on 1 October 2024 was our largest to date – 130 delegates packed into the RICS’s stunning Lecture Hall at their HQ. This unique event was in collaboration with the RICS London Regional Board who kindly donated the venue, recognising the importance of the block management sector to its practitioners and all stakeholders, especially leaseholders.

A first for Proper Talk and in a BBC ‘Question Time’ style, all questions came from the audience, totally 21 which were answered expertly by the panel and there was a chance for the questioner to follow up too. In the Fiona Bruce role was Jonathan Channing, moderating and timekeeping!
